Phoenix Basketball League at French International School on SUNDAYS, February 27 - July, 2022
The Phoenix League is a not-for-profit organization. It exists to enable the youth of its member organizations to learn, grow, and develop skills via basketball competition by playing on private teams. The administrators, coaches, parents, and spectators should never lose focus. The main objective is to promote sportsmanship, integrity, and fairness that serve the best interests of the overall majority of the children who participate in our program.
Phoenix League Operation
The Phoenix League is operated by Top Flight Basketball Co. Ltd. Top Flight provides the rules, gym space, electronic clocks, and scorebooks, professional officiating, a thirteen game schedule, regular season trophies, most valuable player award, most valuable coach award, post-season tournament, tournament trophies, championship game MVP, and All-League Teams. Each Phoenix League rule is in place to support the league's mission and the integrity of the league's operation.

The Phoenix Basketball League is not affiliated with any local or international school or association. Therefore, all players and teams will register for the league as private individuals.
The league is organized by Top Flight Basketball Co. Ltd., and is our league is not affiliated with any school association.
FIXED LOCATION:
All games will be played at one fixed location:
French International School 165 Blue Pool Road in Happy Valley.
Unlike most other leagues in Hong Kong with changing schedules and locations, the Phoenix Basketball League will be played in one designated location (no changing locations). Therefore, each team in the league can expect a game every week for the duration of the season.
The regular season will run from February 27-July 8, 2022, and conclude with our end-of-season tournament July 15-17. Games will be played on Sundays between 12:00 pm-19:00.

FEES:
Registration fees are 9,000 HKD for the season, and this covers all costs associated with the league, including referees, scorers, the stats team, nurses.
REFUND POLICY:
In a COVID -related cancellation, the season will be extended, and make-up games will be scheduled.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
The Phoenix League will abide by all of the latest government guidelines regarding the prevention of COVID-19. In addition, all players and coaches will be required to wear masks at all times.
All participants will have temperature checks and sign in with the Leave Home Safe App.
REGISTRATION:
The registration deadline is February 19, 2022.
*All teams registering by February 1, 2022, will receive an Early Bird Discount of 500HKD 8,500 per season.
